How to confirm your self pack container move:

If you've decided to lock in your cheap moving quote with us we recommend calling our office or if you prefer, respond to your quote email requesting a call-back from us.

Our preference is to take all of the details of your move over the phone to create your own personalised moving plan. To do this we require the following information from you: (if you're unsure of some details such as destination address, we can firm that up at a later date)


✓   Your name | contact email | contact phone number

✓   Where you are moving from - full address

✓   We will discuss where the container will be placed and which direction the container doors will open. 

✓   Moving dates | empty container delivery date | pick up date | eta of arrival at destination date

✓   Where you are moving to - full address (if possible)

✓   Your Visa/Mastercard details


With the information, your moving plan is created which we will email to you along with a copy of your invoice. Booking confirmations require a $300 deposit which we can process over the phone. The balance of your payment is due three business days prior to delivery at your destination address.

How much notice is needed to book in a moving container relocation?

The minimum amount of time we require is 5 days however we recommend allowing longer in peak periods such as Christmas and school holidays. The best thing to do is give us a call and once we know where you are moving from, we can let you know how soon we can get a moving container delivered to your address.
